Junior Consultant

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Position Description:

This position is designed for an individual who is looking to start out in the offense information security consulting world. You will work with and learn from our large consulting team in Argentina and will be paired with consultants of greater seniority on engagements. You should have a passion for offensive security work, be extremely curious about how technologies work and hungry to learn.

Though this position is based in Argentina, an intermediate to advanced level of English is required. As with most positions at Immunity, we value candidate’s demonstrated abilities and experience over degrees and certifications.

All Candidates Must Possess:

• An intermediate to advanced level of English (good written and verbal abilities)
• Ability to work full time from the Buenos Aires office
• Ability to travel internationally and pass background checks
• Demonstrated ability in offensive security operations (CTFs, public GitHub repository with tooling/exploits)
• Basic Python scripting ability
• Familiarity with modern penetration testing tools
• Previous work history (preference to IT)

Exceptional Candidates Will Have One or More of:

• Experience with reverse engineering on a popular architecture (x86_64, ARM, etc)
• Some scripting ability in a non-Python language (.NET, Perl, Ruby, Go, Bash, etc)
• Systems engineering/administration or network engineering/administration experience

Consultant

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Position Description:

This position is designed for individuals who already have some experience with information security consulting and are currently or looking to move into a penetration testing and application security role. The primary duties of this role are to work on small teams (typically 2 people) on 1-3 week engagements and be able to communicate the results clearly and effectively to clients.

Though this position is based in Argentina, an advanced level of English is required. You will work and learn with our large Argentina based consulting team. As with most positions at Immunity, we value candidate’s demonstrated abilities and experience over degrees and certifications.

All Candidates Must Possess:

• An advanced level of English (excellent written and verbal abilities)
• Ability to work full time from the Buenos Aires office
• Ability to travel internationally and pass background checks
• Ability to audit applications written in at least one of the following: .NET, Java, PHP
• Ability to write proof-of-concept exploits for web application vulnerabilities
• Python scripting ability
• Penetration Testing experience
• 1-3 years of security consulting experience with at least 1 year of offense based experience

Exceptional Candidates Will Have One or More of:

• Mobile application auditing / exploitation experience and fluency in Android Java/Kotlin, Objective C or SWIFT
• Experience auditing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
• Experience with reverse engineering on a popular architecture (x86_64, ARM, etc)
• Experience with social engineering (in person, phone based, phishing)
• Experience writing memory corruption exploits
• Demonstrated ability in offensive security operations (CTFs, public GitHub repository with tooling/exploits)
• Systems or network engineering/administration, network/enterprise architecture experience

Senior Consultant

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Position Description:

This position is designed for individuals who already have multiple years of offense based security consulting work. The primary duties of this role are to work on or lead small teams (typically 2-3 people) on 1-3 week engagements and be able to communicate the results clearly and effectively to clients. Engagements focus on finding and exploiting security vulnerabilities in penetration and application testing scenarios. Ideal candidates will have multiple years of experience with and be comfortable on both types of engagements. Python scripting ability is absolutely required, you must know how to code.

As with most positions at Immunity, we value candidate’s demonstrated abilities and experience over degrees and certifications.

All Candidates Must Possess:

• US Citizenship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work full time or majority time from Crystal City, Arlington
• Ability to travel internationally and pass background checks, no security clearance required
• At least 4 years of offense focused security consulting experience (in house red-teams also qualify)
• Ability to perform blackbox auditing of web applications
• High level of comfort with Python
• Ability perform a manual security audit on source code written in two or more of: C/C++, C#, .NET, Java, PHP, Python
• Ability to write functional exploits to demonstrate discovered web application vulnerabilities
• Penetration Testing experience within Active Directory based networks

Exceptional Candidates Will Have One or More of:

• Mobile application auditing / exploitation experience and fluency in Android Java/Kotlin, Objective C or SWIFT
• Experience writing complex programs in Powershell
• Experience auditing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
• Experience with reverse engineering on a popular architecture (x86_64, ARM, etc)
• Experience with social engineering (in person, phone based, phishing)
• Experience writing memory corruption exploits
• Systems or network engineering/administration, network/enterprise architecture experience
